Our story.

Pathfinders™ by FlarePeople was created from years of experience in insurance recruitment and talent strategy. As part of the GWV Talent Solutions group, we’ve worked with some of the UK’s leading insurers and seen firsthand the ongoing challenge of finding, developing and retaining high-performing insurance pricing talent.

The problem? A widening skills gap in one of the most complex and business-critical areas of insurance.

Anthony Butler – Founder, FlarePeople

Anthony Butler is the Founder of FlarePeople, the UK’s first specialised Recruit-Train-Deploy provider focused on closing the insurance pricing talent gap.

He works with insurers across both personal and commercial lines to build scalable pipelines of pricing, data and analytics talent—replacing unpredictable hiring cycles with a measurable, capability-led model that delivers real impact to the business.
